"Teachers got back to me fast"
Well... most of the instructors replied fairly quickly, and even the few who took a bit longer still got back to me and helped me out.

"It got sorted out, but it took some patience"
I had a complaint that took longer than I expected to get resolved. It was a bit frustrating having to wait, but to be fair, they did eventually fix the issue. I’m glad it worked out in the end, though I wish the process had been a little quicker
"Fit my schedule, but I expected a bit more"
I liked that the classes worked around my crazy schedule and I could study after work, which helped a lot. I was just a little disappointed because I expected the overall experience to feel more organized and supportive.

"Employers Don't Seem to Care Much"
I’m not sure employers really care about this as much as I thought they would. My boss barely even acknowledged it, which was disappointing. What made it more frustrating was getting different answers depending on who I asked, so I never really knew what to expect.
"Helped me find work faster than I expected"
I started getting interviews not long after using it, and I ended up landing a job after graduation. It really helped make the whole process feel less stressful.
"I took the class recently, or maybe it was..."
I took the class recently—or maybe it was a couple weeks ago, my timeline is a little fuzzy, but I remember the instructors being really helpful and clearly knowing what they were talking about. They made things easy to follow and were great about answering questions

"Most of my credits transferred"
The transfer process was easy. They accepted most of my credits. I was relieved it went through without much trouble.

"I wasn’t sure how much of a hassle..."
I wasn’t sure how much of a hassle getting accommodations would be, but it actually went smoothly. The disability office was easy to get in touch with, and they got everything set up without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. Compared to what I expected, it was a really helpful experience.

"Good classes and a steady pace"
The classes were good. The workload stayed steady. It kept me busy, but it never felt too overwhelming.

"I felt lost with the billing at Purdue..."
I felt lost with the billing at Purdue Global. The costs and extra charges weren’t explained in a way that made sense to me, and then I’d see fees I wasn’t expecting pop up. Maybe I should’ve asked even more questions upfront, but every time I did ask, the answer seemed to change a little, which made it more confusing. I just wish they had been more clear and upfront about everything before enrollment

"My advisor really dropped the ball on graduation"
I was trying to get everything sorted out so I could graduate, but my advisor and the graduation support team were no help at all. I kept reaching out expecting some guidance, and it felt like they just left me to figure it out on my own.

"I’ll give them credit, they do have..."
I’ll give them credit, they do have a solid mix of programs to choose from, and that’s one of the reasons I felt okay going with them. I didn’t expect every single area to be fully covered, so I’m not trying to be too harsh, but a few sections did feel a little limited. Overall, it’s good enough and I don’t regret checking it out, but I wouldn’t call it amazing either.
"So... I chose Purdue Global partly because..."
So... I chose Purdue Global partly because I really thought my previous experience and learning would count for more than it did. The whole process ended up being confusing, and I felt like I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to.
After I submitted everything, the credits they gave me were way lower than what I was expecting. Maybe other people have a better experience with it, but for me it felt like a lot of paperwork and back-and-forth for very little payoff.
I just wish they had been more clear about it before I enrolled. It left me feeling frustrated, if prior learning credit is one of your main reasons for signing up, I’d be careful...

"Helpful library tools, but still a bit of a hassle"
The online library has helped a lot with my classes. I can usually find articles quickly, and the research guides have saved me from wasting even more time digging around on my own. It’s not perfect, and sometimes it still feels like more effort than it should be just to track down one decent source, but overall it’s been way better than I expected.

"Overall, I’d say the classes are decent, but..."
Overall, I’d say the classes are decent, but they’re not always consistent. Some courses had helpful readings and instructors who actually took the time to give useful feedback, which I really appreciated. Others felt more like busy work, and the comments on assignments were basic. I know other students might feel the same way if they’re expecting the same level of depth across every class. I did learn things, just not evenly from course to course. For the price and the convenience of doing it online, it’s okay, but I do think a lot of us would probably expect a bit more substance in some areas.

"Grading can feel a little uneven"
Purdue Global has been okay overall, but the grading really depends on the instructor. Some of them explain exactly where points were taken off, while others just mark things down without much feedback. It’s not a terrible experience or anything, just kind of frustrating sometimes.

"I’ve been using Purdue Global’s online classes, and..."
I’ve been using Purdue Global’s online classes, and overall the platform is fine. Once I got used to where everything is, logging in and finding the weekly assignments and materials became straightforward.
That said, some pages take longer to load than I’d like, and a few links feel like they’re hidden for no reason. The mobile version is especially not great if you’re trying to do actual coursework. Anyway, suddenly I sound like I’m reviewing software for a living, but really it just gets the job done—it’s just not always the smoothest experience.

"Student services can be a bit hit or miss"
They’re usually easy to reach but sometimes it takes a while to hear back. Not terrible just a little slow now and then

"Pretty good support for military stuff overal"
Purdue Global was good with my military credits and the VA stuff. The support team got back to me fast on most questions, and it felt like they actually understood where vets are coming from. My only gripe is I had to follow up a couple times on some paperwork becuase it kinda got held up. Still, it ended up being way better than I expected.
